1. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing or using RPMockup, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 16 and legally able to enter this agreement. If you use RPMockup for an organization, you confirm that you can bind it to these Terms.
2. What RPMockup provides
RPMockup is a creative tool for building fictional chat mockups, drafting conversations with AI, and exporting visual previews. Generated interfaces are simulations and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or evidence from the messaging platforms they resemble. Features, supported layouts, and availability may change over time.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping your account, email, session, and access key secure. Give accurate account information, do not share access credentials, and notify support@rpmockup.app promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Plans, credits, access keys, and exports
- The free plan may include limits, rate limits, and a visible RPMockup watermark on exports.
- Paid access is sold for the price, duration, credits, and activation allowance shown at checkout. It is not recurring unless a checkout clearly says otherwise.
- Access periods begin when the purchase is fulfilled unless the checkout states otherwise. Unused credits or time expire with the access period.
- Keys are personal, account-bound after activation, and may not be shared, resold, transferred, published, or used to bypass activation limits.
- AI credits are consumed when a generation request is accepted. Failed requests may be restored where our systems can verify the failure.
5. Purchases and refunds
Purchases are processed and delivered through SellAuth. Prices and included benefits are shown before checkout. Taxes and payment-provider terms may apply. Because keys, access, and credits are digital products delivered promptly, completed purchases may be non-refundable after delivery or activation, except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout. Contact support before opening a payment dispute so we can investigate.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give RPMockup a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transmit, and render that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for submitted text, images, names, likenesses, and other material. You can revoke this license for stored content by deleting it, subject to backups and legal retention requirements.
7. Responsible use
You may not use RPMockup to:
- present fictional or AI-generated conversations as authentic evidence, customer messages, reviews, testimonials, endorsements, receipts, or records;
- impersonate another person or organization, deceive, defraud, manipulate, harass, threaten, or defame;
- violate privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, consumer-protection, or other rights;
- create sexual content involving minors or other illegal, exploitative, or abusive material;
- upload secrets, private conversations, or personal data without permission;
- probe, disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass security, rate limits, watermarks, payments, credits, or access controls; or
- use the service or output in violation of law or a third-party platform’s rules.
You are responsible for clearly labeling fictional or AI-generated material wherever its context could otherwise mislead a reasonable viewer.
8. AI output and disclaimers
AI output can be inaccurate, biased, incomplete, or similar to content generated for others. Review and edit every output before use. RPMockup does not guarantee uniqueness, accuracy, legal compliance, fitness for a specific purpose, or that output will be free of third-party claims. RPMockup is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law, without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, or non-infringement.
9. RPMockup property
RPMockup and its software, branding, design system, and service content are owned by us or our licensors. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you. Third-party platform names and marks belong to their respective owners.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using RPMockup at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms were violated, use creates risk or legal exposure, payment is reversed or fraudulent, or the service is discontinued. Where practical, we will give notice and a chance to export stored work. Sections intended by their nature to survive termination will survive.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RPMockup and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid RPMockup in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them.
12. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify RPMockup from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your content, your misuse of RPMockup, or your violation of these Terms or another person’s rights.
13. General terms
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement about RPMockup. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. A failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it as part of a reorganization or transfer of the service. Mandatory consumer protections and any rights you have under the law where you live remain unaffected.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will post the new version and update its effective date, and may provide additional notice for material changes. Continued use after the new Terms take effect means you accept them. Questions can be sent to support@rpmockup.app.
